Pay Rates
As part of our commitment to Fair Work principles and as part of our Anti-Racism Action Plan, we publish pay rates for salaries and freelance staff. Rates are reviewed each year with an equal increase implemented for salaried staff in April and freelance staff in August each year. Due to standstill funding, many pay rates have fallen behind inflation and market rates. A strategy is in place to address this and raise rates significantly over 2023-25.
