About the event
A professional development opportunity for Lyra’s staff and freelancers in the youth arts sector.
The day will run from 10am to 6pm and consist of two training sessions with a lunch break in between:
10am – 1.30pm LGBTI Awareness Training delivered by Scottish Trans
2.30 – 6pm Disability Equality Training delivered by Birds of Paradise Theatre Company
Both sessions will give an overview of the subject areas as they apply across sectors and will be followed by a facilitated discussion to relate the learning to Lyra’s specific youth arts context.
Tea and coffee will be provided, please bring your own packed lunch.
