About Where We Are

Where We Are is a creative initiative made in partnership with Imaginate and Starcatchers, supported by Creative Scotland’s Youth Arts Targeted Fund. The project has seen each organisation connecting Artists with local community groups across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Fife, bringing the joy of creativity and live performance to children and families as we began to emerge from the pandemic.

Lyra’s strand of the project has been centred on an ensemble of performance-makers, who have been developing a work-in-progress performance, as well as delivering creative workshops with a range of groups in the Greater Craigmillar community.

Venue

The performance will take place in the Diana Garden, just behind Lyra’s venue, Artspace (11 Harewood Road, EH16 4NT). You will be outdoors for the duration of the performance, so please wear warm clothing!

Seating

There will be limited seating, but plenty of standing room for our audiences. As this is a performance for young people, they will be given priority for seating. Of course, if you have an access need, please let us know and we will provide seating for you.
